General Settings

Sets the main driver for the swing rig.

Effect Name	Description
Target Layer	Sets the layer to look at to get the keyframe data
Data	Sets the property to look at from the target layer
Enable Swing	Turns the swing on or off
Enable Wind	Turn the wind on or off
Reverse	Reverse the swing
